Along with pumps and valves, reviewed in seperate PDH courses, there are many other components that can be found in an industrial/power generation setting. Knowledge of these systems can be useful to any engineer. This online course provides a brief overview of air compressors, hydraulics, boilers, cooling towers, and other components likely to be installed in an industrial facility.

This course teaches the following specific knowledge and skills:
- Describe the general mechanical components of industrial and power generation facilities
- Discuss the various types of air compressors, cooling towers, demineralizers, stem traps, etc.
- Describe the different features and configurations of these components
- Explain the safety hazards associated with these components

This 1.5 hour (90 min) webinar satisfies online live instruction required Licensed Professional Engineers. Upon completion all attendees will receive a record in a form of a certificate of completion.
