Maine professional engineers are required to earn 30 PDH biennially. All of the required hours can be earned through online continuing education courses. EZpdh.com courses are accepted by the Maine State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers. The following table shows a quick rundown of license renewal requirements.

Business skills, personal development skills, computer skills unrelated to the practice of engineering, and subjects that are considered elementary or entry-level and normally expected to have been completed by a PE prior to registration are not accepted. The Board may require additional information to prove that courses covering managerial skills are relevent to the engineer’s practice |
