Part 1 of a two part series, In this course the student will understand the strategic approach for improving performance to reduce human error and manage controls so as to reduce unwanted events and/or mitigate their impact should they occur. The student will learn methods and techniques for catching and reducing errors and locating and eliminating latent organizational weaknesses.

This course teaches the following specific knowledge and skills:

Explain human performance and its principles
Discuss the anatomy of a human triggered event
Understand strategic approach for human performance
Describe human fallibility and common traits of human nature
Discuss performance modes of human performance
Recognize error-likely situations

You will be able to immediately print a certificate of completion after passing a twenty (20) question multiple-choice quiz.
