This course will provide engineers with information on how to recognize and anticipate construction hazards and how to eliminate them with well thought out design features. This course emphasizes permanent design features that eliminate or reduce the risk to hazards.

This course teaches the following specific knowledge and skills:
- Identify factors which contribute to construction injuries and fatalities
- Explain how to analyze work sites for hazards
- Discuss the hierarchy of controls for construction hazards
- Provide methodology and examples of how appropriate design features can eliminate or reduce the risk of an injury

This 1 hour (50 min) webinar satisfies online live instruction required Licensed Professional Engineers. Upon completion all attendees will receive a record in a form of a certificate of completion.
